Cardiovascular Care for Adults
At Saint Peter's University Hospital, we combine expertise in cardiovascular medicine

Saint Peter's University Hospital received an overall score of 99% for heart attack
care in the State Department of Health and Senior Services' 2006 New Jersey Hospital
Performance Report—the highest score in Middlesex County. We also were awarded
the prestigious Beacon Award for Critical Care Excellence from the American Association
of Critical Care Nurses, which recognizes the nation’s top critical care units.
Our commitment to delivering superior diagnostic testing is demonstrated through
our accreditations, which were awarded following a rigorous independent review.
Our echocardiography lab is accredited by the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation
of Echocardiography Laboratories; our vascular lab is accredited by the Intersocietal
Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Labs; and our nuclear cardiology lab
is accredited by the American College of Radiology.

Through our affiliation with
The Children's
Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), we provide superior care for infants and
children in our renowned CHOP Cardiac Center, located here at Saint Peter's Children's
Hospital. The center provides world-class treatment in a child-friendly atmosphere.
