From New Brunswick
Drive north on Easton Avenue (away from New Brunswick and toward Route 287). Turn
left onto Foxwood Drive. Take the first right into Somerset Village Shopping Center.
HomeCare America will be on the left.
From Route 287
Take Route 287 to Exit 10, and follow signs for Route 527 South. This becomes Easton
Avenue. Turn right into Somerset Village Shopping Center (by Boston Market, on the
right). HomeCare America is located at the back of the parking lot.
